At MOFT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original condition and packaging. Please note that certain items like personalized products or final sale units may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place your MOFT products in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
